Are you communicating with your buyers effectively? To get the most out of your transactions, good communication is key. Today, let’s dive into three crucial topics that Realtors should discuss with their buyer clients:

1. Clarify how commission works. We don’t work for free, and it’s vital to communicate this clearly to our clients. Buyers pay for our services through the escrow process. Additionally, when working with seller clients, explain that part of your fee goes to compensate the agent who brings the buyer. Be transparent about this process and discuss the pros and cons of various percentage options with your sellers.

2. We do more than just help buyers find homes.
